The workout was hard but it’s supposed to be. I’m going to start drinking 12-24 ounces of water before each meal. I have to get back on the water drinking wagon again. I can feel myself getting sore already! Definitely be doing some stretching during the day too. It also took a little longer than it should’ve but that’s ok, that’s the mom life. These workouts are a little longer than what I’m used to. It was bittersweet since I would’ve loved an extra half hour of sleep but it was nice to get up and make my pre workout meal (aka breakfast) and eat it slowly instead of inhaling it before getting the girls up. I woke up before my alarm… thanks to my husband’s alarm. I’m good with that though, makes it easier for me. Good thing I’m also such a creature of habit because I’m eating the same foods all week except for dinner, those change. I stretched throughout the day so I’m nor sore at all today… yet lol. Holy wow this was sooooo much food!! Good things for these containers or I would’ve way under ate my greens!!
